How it all works
When shopping with us you can choose a simple weekly veg box subscription, or you can custom build your basket each week. To place an order that doesn't include a veg bag, simply select the 'empty basket' option and proceed to add products from our fabulous range of extra products. Each week you have until 9am Monday to finalize your order which will then be delivered on the Thursday of the same week. Deliveries are normally made between 10:30am and 4pm.
Payment
When you sign up with us, you'll save your payment details on your account. You'll pay for your first order straight away, but for all subsequent orders payment will be taken after delivery. This allows us to only charge you for what you receive. This does mean that you won't see a traditional 'check out' screen when you place all orders from the second one onwards. Instead you'll just need to save your order and it will come through to us. If you're not sure about anything, just drop us an email @ maeth@henbant.org
